Ying heads Clifford Chance’s Funds and Investment Management Group in China.
She has advised many global fund managers and institutional investors on their China market access through programs such as QFI, QFLP, QDLP and QDII. In addition, she advises Chinese financial institutions and corporations on the structuring, establishment and operations of offshore private equity funds and hedge funds.
Ying is an advisor to the International Partners Committee of Asset Management Association of China, an expert on the Experts Panel of Shanghai QDLP Pilot Program, a former advisor to the Beijing Private Equity Association on RMB funds and private equity regulations, as well as a member of the Asia Pacific Chapter of 100 Women in Finance.
