Victoria Capital Partners, a South America-focused private equity firm, has reached an agreement to acquire a minority stake in Colombia-based industrial group Organización Corona. The group, which includes Colcerámica, Sumicol, Nexentia, Erecos, Locería Colombiana, Gamma and Almacenes Corona, intends to accelerate the growth and development of various industrial businesses in Colombia and other markets in the Americas. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
