Turkish private equity firm Actera Group has bought a 50 percent stake in Turkish aviation services company Çelebi Aviation through its Dutch Zeus Aviation Services Investments vehicle. The stake was purchased from the Çelebi family, who will continue to hold a 22.63 percent stake in the company. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
