Global investment firm Tiger Global Management has led a BRL40 million (approximately US$13 million) funding round for Brazil-based GetNinjas, an operator of a website for connecting contracting services with customers. GetNinjas, which existing counts venture capital firms Monashees Capital and Kaszek Ventures as shareholders, will use the fresh funds to expand the platform’s operations in Brazil and Latin America, improve marketing and improve the platform’s technology.
