Investment management company NBK Capital, an affiliate of the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), has announced the acquisition of a 50 percent stake in Turkish animal pharmaceuticals distributor Bavet. The investment was made through NBK Capital Equity Partners Fund I, a private equity fund focused on the MENA region. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
