Navis Capital Partners acquired a majority equity stake in S-Spine and Nerve Hospital, a Thailand-based spine and nerve specialty hospital owned by N.P. Medical and Antnest Holding, for an undisclosed amount. Navis has also launched Navis Asia Credit, an investment platform focused on secured credit investments in companies seeking expansion capital for M&A, organic expansion or an ownership transition.
