Brazilian private equity firm Modal Private Equity has invested BRL100 million (approximately US$50.1 million) in Georadar Group, an oil and gas exploration and production company based in Brazil. The investment, which was made through Modal’s Óleo & Gás FIP, is intended to expand Georadar’s offshore and international activities.
