Mexico-focused growth equity and venture capital investor LIV Capital has acquired a controlling stake in WOBI, a Mexico-based management content production and distribution firm. WOBI intends to use the fresh funding to consolidate its position in Latin America and expand in international growth markets. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
