LitCapital Asset Management, an independent private equity firm investing in expansion-stage Lithuanian companies, has signed an investment agreement with Baltic Bicycle Trade, a Lithuania-based manufacturer and retailer of electric bicycles. LitCapital will invest between LTL5 million and LTL10 million (US$1.9 million and US$3.8 million) into the company to finance technology development and brand building.
