Kibo Capital Partners, a fund manager focused on Eastern and Southern Africa and the islands of the Indian Ocean, and Velogic, a Mauritius-based logistics company, have invested in Kenya-based logistics service provider General Cargo Group. The transaction was structured through Kibo Fund II. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
