Poland-based financial services group IDMSA Brokerage House has sold a 45 percent stake in Polski Bank Przedsiębiorczości (PBP Bank) to Eastern Europe-focused private equity firm Abris Capital Partners for PLN95 million (approximately US$28 million). PBP Bank, also based in Poland, specializes in corporate banking services. As a result of the transaction, Abris Capital Partners is the bank’s sole shareholder.
