Creador Capital, a private equity firm focused on India, Indonesia and Malaysia, is purchasing the Indonesian food business of Indian company Godrej Consumer Products. Under the terms of the transaction, the subsidiary will continue to distribute cereals, snacks and instant food products under the brands Simba and Turbo in Indonesia for two years. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
