glendonTodd Capital, a U.S.-based private equity firm specializing in business services and real estate, has partnered with Brazilian middle-market investor Performa Partners to acquire Toutatis, a business process outsourcing (BPO) provider based in São Paulo. Toutatis, which offers human resource, accounting, and procurement outsourcing services, manages its clients’ operations in ten countries in Latin America.  Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
