ChrysCapital, an investment firm that focuses on growth sectors in India, has acquired a 4 to 4.5 percent stake in India-based Infotech Enterprises from venture capital firm Sequoia Capital India. Infotech Enterprises is an IT services firm that provides engineering solutions to organizations worldwide, and is listed on both the National Stock Exchange of India and the Bombay Stock Exchange. ChrysCapital joins existing investor The Carlyle Group, which bought a 9.96 percent stake in July 2012.
