Central and Eastern Europe-focused private equity firm 3TS Capital Partners, structured through its Catalyst Romania fund, has acquired more than a 23 percent stake in Romania-based Simartis Telecom, a developer of products and services for Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) operators. The company intends to use the fresh funding to boost its capacity to deliver projects simultaneously to multiple clients. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
