AIIM, alongside a consortium comprising South African Housing & Infrastructure Fund (SAHIF) and STOA, completed the acquisition of an additional 25.8% stake in MetroFibre Networx, a South Africa-based open access fiber network operator, from Sanlam Private Equity, African Rainbow Capital and a minority shareholder.
