CEE and CIS-focused mid-market private equity firm Abris Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Poland-based railway services company Industrial Division. In partnership with Abris, Industrial Division plans to increase the size of its operations in markets where it is currently active and enter the passenger services segment. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
