Wolfensohn to Buy Into NSE (Asia)

Global emerging markets private equity firm Wolfensohn Fund Management has agreed to purchase a 0.5 percent stake in India’s National Stock Exchange (NSE) for INR900 million (approximately US$16.5 million).
