IMM Private Equity to Acquire Linde Korea for USD1.1 Billion
Korea-focused fund manager IMM Private Equity has agreed to acquire the Korean assets of global industrial gas and engineering company Linde Group for KRW1.3 trillion (approximately USD1.1 billion). China-focused growth equity fund manager Boyu Capital has reached a final close for its USD-denominated fourth fund with USD3.6 billion in capital commitments.
