Prosus To Acquire Additional 33.3% Stake in Brazil’s iFood from Just Eat for ~USD1.5b
Prosus agreed to acquire the remaining 33.3% stake in iFood, a Brazil-based online food ordering platform, from Just Eat for EUR1.5bn (~USD1.5b) in cash plus a contingent consideration of up to EUR300m (~USD304m). Blackstone sold a 13.6% stake in India-listed auto parts maker SONA BLW Precision Forgings for over INR40b (~USD504m) through open market transactions.
