Global growth markets investor The Abraaj Group has acquired a minority stake in Nigeria-based fertilizer manufacturer Indorama Fertilizers. With support from Abraaj, Indorama Fertilizers plans to develop its management team, build its network, expand capacity and diversify its product line. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
