India-focused private equity firm Rabo Equity Advisors has acquired a minority stake in India-based agrochemical company Parijat Industries for approximately INR1 billion (approximately US$15 million). The transaction was structured through India Agri Business Fund II, a fund managed by Rabo Equity Advisors. Parijat will use the new capital to grow domestically and internationally.
