Czech Republic- and Slovakia-focused private equity firm Genesis Capital has acquired a 75 percent stake in Czech Republic-based Quinta-Analytica, a commercial services provider for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and generic drug industries. Financial details of the transaction, which was structured through Genesis Private Equity Fund III, were not disclosed.
