Global growth markets investor The Abraaj Group has acquired a stake in Turkey-based Yü-Ce Tıbbi Gereçler İthalat İhracat Mümessillik Sanayi ve Ticaret (Yu-Ce Medical), a medical supplies manufacturer. The transaction was structured through Abraaj’s Anatolia Growth Capital Fund. The company plans to use the funds to increase its production capacity, expand its existing sales and distribution network and enhance its product offering in the disposable medical supplies sector. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
