South Africa-focused fund manager Ethos Private Equity has agreed to sell Plumblink, a South Africa-based specialist plumbing and bathroom supplies retailer, to South Africa-based international holding company The Bidvest Group. Ethos originally acquired Plumblink in 2006. The transaction is subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
