ARX Equity Partners, a private equity investor focused on mid-sized companies in Central and Eastern Europe, has acquired a 100 percent stake in Slovenia-based healthcare services provider Diagnostični Center Bled (DCB). ARX Equity Partners acquired the company with the intention to consolidate and grow DCB’s position in Slovenia’s diagnostics sector. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
