ARX Equity Partners, a lower mid-market buyout firm focused on Central and Eastern Europe, has acquired Poland-based window cover and component manufacturer Anwis Polska along with business executive Jacek Gromniak, the company’s newly appointed CEO. The transaction was structured through ARX CEE III. ARX and Gromniak plan to grow the company through organic expansion in existing and new geographies, with the possibility of selective add-on acquisitions. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
