Syntaxis Capital, a provider of mezzanine financing in Central Europe, has completed an investment in Poland-based motor insurance broker BIK Brokers. The company, which acts as an intermediary between its clients and insurance providers, intends to use the investment to support its growth strategy. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
