Global private equity firm Advent International will acquire a 50 percent stake in Alianza Fiduciaria, a Colombia-based asset management company, from the Colombian investment group Organización Delima. The agreement represents the first step in a process by which Advent International will become a shareholder in Alianza Fiduciaria. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
