Moller y Pérez-Cotapos Raises US$92 Million in IPO (Latin America)

Moller y Pérez-Cotapos (MPC), a Chilean construction company backed by international private equity investor CVCI Private Equity, has raised approximately US$92 million through an initial public offering on the Santiago Stock Exchange. The offering totaled 105 million shares, including a primary offer from MPC and a secondary offering of shares owned by CVCI Growth Partnership II fund. The secondary offering will reportedly reduce CVCI’s equity stake from over 90 percent to around 40 percent. CVCI originally invested in MPC in 2007.
