Asset management firm Templeton Asset Management has invested INR705 million (approximately US$13 million) in Indian liquor producer Globus Spirits. Globus, which is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange, produces both Indian and foreign spirits. Templeton structured the transaction through Templeton Strategic Emerging Markets Fund IV.
