The Riverside Company, a U.S.-based global private equity firm, has sold MK Chimney Systems of Poland to French firm Isotip-Joncoux Group. Riverside, which first invested in the Polish chimney systems producer in 2006, has earned a 2.9x cash-on-cash return from the sale.
