Egeli & Co. Investment Holding, part of Egeli & Co. Asset Management, a Turkey-based asset management company focused on alternative asset classes, has announced an agreement to purchase 70.04 percent of the outstanding share capital of Ak B Tipi Yatirim Ortakligi, a Turkish securities investment trust. The value of the transaction, which is subject to regulatory approvals, is unknown.
