Nimrod Gerber

Mr. Gerber is the Managing Partner of Vital Capital Fund and a member of its investment committee.

He has more than 15 years of experience in implementing investments and large-scale partnerships and projects in sub-Saharan Africa and emerging markets. He is engaged in impact and development finance, business management and advisory for investors and entities with developmental impact goals.
His focus is on projects that create economic growth and have a direct positive impact on urban and rural communities such as sustainable infrastructure, housing, agro-industry, agriculture and manufacturing SME’s.

Mr. Gerber has served as a board member and advisor to businesses in various sectors. He also served as CEO of Kora, the Fund’s SSA community development programme. Under Mr. Gerber’s leadership, the company has grown from a small firm to a large corporation with thousands of workers whose projects house and service hundreds of thousands of local citizens.

Mr. Gerber holds an M.B.A. from OUI and a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University.
