Mid Europa Partners has agreed to acquire Lithuania-based e-commerce platform UAB Pigu (Pigu) from MCI.Techventures and minority shareholders for an undisclosed amount. Mid Europa has also agreed with MCI.Euroventures and the founding shareholders of Pigu and Finland-based e-commerce platform Hobby Hall Group OÜ (HHG) to combine Pigu and HHG. Read more
