Pacific Alliance Group (PAG) has agreed to acquire an additional 10% stake in India-based Edelweiss Wealth Management, which includes the wealth management, investment banking and capital market businesses of Edelweiss Global Investment Advisors, from existing investors Kora Management and Sanaka Capital, bringing its overall investment in the company to INR23.6b (~USD325m).  PAG originally acquired a 51% stake in the company in August 2020.
