CEE-focused private equity firm ARX Equity Partners, Switzerland-based asset management company Capital Dynamics and independent investor Lubor Žalman have agreed to invest in Fincentrum, a financial consultancy operating in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. With the investment, Fincentrum intends to accelerate its growth in both markets. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
