Enterprise Investors through its private equity fund Polish Enterprise Fund VII has sold its 100% stake in Romania-based toy manufacturer Noriel Group to Turkey-based Sunman Group for an undisclosed amount. Enterprise Investors acquired Noriel in 2016 from Axxess Capital and Noriel’s founders for EUR24m (~USD24m).Read more here.
