Innova Capital has invested an undisclosed amount in Poland-based cosmetics company Bielenda Kosmetyki. Innova Capital will also support the company in the acquisition of the Dermika and Soraya brands from Orkla Group. The transaction is pending approval from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. Read more
