The U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) and SEAF announced the launch of the SEAF Global Gender Lens Emergency Loan Finance facility (C19F). C19F will make loans of up to USD3m for up to four years to finance company expansion, asset acquisition, loan refinancing, and working capital for SMEs supporting women in DFC-eligible countries.
